Rooms for special events
Wilhelma is a classified historical monument belonging to the cultural heritage of the Land of Baden-Württemberg. Like other castles, palaces and gardens belonging to the Land, Wilhelma has also been opening its rooms for several years now for private and social events.
You can rent the Aquarium, the Moorish Banqueting Hall and the Damascene Hall for private celebrations, firm's festivities or meetings and conferences.
Wilhelma Theatre is not under the administration of Wilhelma. If wishing to rent this, please contact the State University of Music and Performing Arts, Stuttgart.

Depending on the time of the year, the amount of guests and the circumstances, you can choose between the following rooms:
Aquarium
It is simply unbeatable, the scenery of the Aquarium with details of the underwater worlds from all parts of the earth. Enjoy the evening in a relaxed atmosphere, when cat sharks swim around you, weedy sea-dragons float by, seahorses watch you nosily and sea anemones daintily rock to and fro.
The Aquarium can be rented all year round for evening events; beginning, depending on the season and opening times of the House, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., but ending in all cases by 1 a.m. at the latest.
600 square metres are available for the events; there is room at the tables for around 300 people. The rental fee is from € 1,800 upwards, including electricity and water. The entrance fee for guests is included in the rental fee.
Moorish Banqueting Hall
The only part of the splendid Moorish Banqueting Hall that still remains from royal times is available today as a conference room. From the first floor of the Aquarium you have an unparalleled view of the historical part of Wilhelma: the Moorish Villa and the Water-Lily Pond.
The Moorish Banqueting Hall is above the Aquarium, and is suitable for smaller meetings, seminars or conferences. In eighty square metres there is seating space for around 50 and table space for about 30 people.
Special events are possible all year round during the usual Wilhelma opening times, in winter for instance from 8.15 a.m. till 4 p.m., in July from 8.15 a.m. till 6 p.m. The rental fee is from € 300 upwards. The Wilhelma entrance fee for the guests is not included.
The Damascene Hall
This pavilion remained unscathed in the war. So part of the old Moorish splendour of Wilhelma can be seen in the costly ceiling paintings, the stucco marble of the walls and the lovely chandelier.
The Damascene Hall is suitable for smaller festive events and stand-up receptions. It is some 65 square metres in size and has table space for 30 people, seated, or 50 people at a stand-up reception. The Damascene Hall can be rented from April to October. Events can take place between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Rental fee from € 350 upwards. Wilhelma entrance fee for the guests is not included.
