Opening hours

Wilhelma is open every day of the year. Admission always starts at 8.15 am, but the closing times vary depending on the month and daylight.

The main ticket booths close at 4 pm (in the winter season from November to February at 3.30 pm). During the main season, evening tickets valid after 4 pm are available online and at ticket machines. Payment by EC or credit card is possible, yet the Familiencard Stuttgart can only be used at the ticket booths. Annual passes are only available directly on site at the ticket booths. Please allow at least ten minutes for issuing the passes. So, please place your inquiry at a booth no later than 3.50 pm in main season or 3.20 pm in winter.

The main entrance is on Neckartalstraße, via Rosensteinpark you will gain access at the side entrance. The entrance „Pragstraße“ is located opposite of the company Mahle (also see Directions & Parking). For leaving Wilhelma, be aware that the turnstile at the Rosensteinpark entrance is not suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.

Please note our park rules! Out of consideration for other guests as well as for our animals and plants, it is not allowed to bring dogs or other animals to into the park (exception for guide dogs).
