Ticket-Shop

Here you can purchase tickets and vouchers for annual passes. We accept VISA and Mastercard as payment methods.

All tickets will be sent to you as a PDF file by email once the order process is complete. Please note that delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

If you do not receive your tickets, please contact the Service Centre between 9 am and 4 pm. Outside the Service Centre’s opening hours, please bring a printed copy of the invoice with you, if possible, and present it at the entrance. You will then be granted entry to Wilhelma upon presentation of the invoice.

Please note: In some cases, you may only receive an email with the invoice and not the second email with the tickets.
